1st floor reservation not provided-no one at desk at checking- my friend who tried to check in early was told there would b a $25 charge she left-after checking clerk gave me keys and said u r in room 206-tried key and could not get in-kind housekeeping lady said she would check and said the correct room was 216 my fault didn’t double check- moved to room 216-no hair dryer in room was nothing but a hole in the wall-called desk will send technician-tech brought his bc there were no more-installed his and it didn’t work-tech said he would find another even if he has to go buy one-found there were no towels in room-luckily HK lady was in hall and provided to us-soon tech returned with another dryer partially put together with a silver tape but it did work-we asked tech if he knew how to get into TV sure and this was their biggest complaint but he logged us in and left-all stations we attempted to watch said the network was unavailable so it didn’t work either-time to get ready for our event-shower did not work and looked like it was attached with caulk and string-washed hair sitting in tub not much of a shower-we got to our event about 40 minutes late-returned to hotel about 9 and note on door stating if u arrived after 6:30p then you must enter at side entrances if building-next morning tried breakfast and some people said there was nothing worth eating but I prepared a breakfast taco for my husband which turned his stomach-kitchen lady decided to sweep while patrons were eati

We loved this Hotel for our overnight stay. It was very clean, lovely big room with comfortable Beds. I had trouble getting onto wifi and the front desk staff was so helpful and pleasant with a nice big smile. We will be back

We needed a place to stay for the night before we finished our drive home and this place fit the bill. The price was right and the room was clean. It is also has great dining within walking distance.

I accidentally selected the wrong date. I immediately called hotels to change it . They called the hotel who needed to speak to a manager… all in all, I could not change the date and basically paid for a room I couldn’t use because I was traveling and would be out of state the next day. They refused to refund it as well.

Checked online so that was quick and easy. Upon arriving our room had dirty towels on a chair and toilet had urine on the toilet rim. They gave us a new room immediately and everything was fine until we found a dirty towel mixed in with the clean towels.

Property was clean, staff was friendly but only 1 bath towels and shower didn't work but I only stayed 1 night and didn't try the shower until the next morning to late to complain to the front desk just went home unshowered. The hotel industry must have a hard time finding maintenance people everywhere I go lately things are needing repairs and with the price of rent it just doesn't add up.
