The staff was excellent, very helpful and behind the scenes unless they were needed. The room was very nice with an incredible view. Breakfast was hot and fresh and constantly being served and cleaned up. I am very very happy.

Horrible beds

. Beds very uncomfortable, my mom left a day early because the beds. She couldnt sleep well, back and hips were hurting so bad after one night. I didnt sleep well but stayed both nights as i had paid for the room and had a 10 hr drive. I do not get to see my mom but once a year so this trip being cut short was very disappointing. Probabky wont stay at a other Best Western and defiantly wont recommend it..

The room was very pleasant, very clean and very comfortable. All the amenities were great. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area with sea tub, and the commode is a very tight space. We heard hallway, noise, vehicle noise and noise on the floor above us would this prevent me from staying there again no it would not.
