Our prepaid room as cancelled without our knowledge. The “manager” informed us that that’s what happens when you book with a third party company like hotels,com and you should never assume you have a room until you call the hotel directly. They didn’t offer any assistance in finding a room and were extremely rude

I hate leaving bad reviews.... I will never stay there again. We were on the lower level. Very noisy, people upstairs were very noisy most of the night....the floor was very dirty... Sad when you feel like you need a shower, just after you had a shower...

I only stayed there because it was dog friendly and I had my dog with me. The room was adequate, others were smoking outside, and there was no dedicated pet area. I would stay there again if I had my dog with me. The staff person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

Room smelled. A/C did not work in first room. Second room smelled, but A/C worked. Coffee pot and hair dryer did not work. Econo Lodge in Kalispell Montana needs to see how its done in Pincher Creek Alberta!!!!! Pincher Creek Econo Lodge is as good as it gets!!!!!!

The Air conditioner and the heater were on at the same time. Very strange. Couldn’t get the room temperature right. The air conditioner was loud and kept waking up to it.
