We LOVED all the staff! They totally went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! We were in Whistler celebrating my son's 16th birthday and we had such a great time. Enjoyed our stay here and would stay again/recommend. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. **Note** If you have a room facing the mountain/biking area, be prepared for LOUD music/bass as there is karaoke til 1am. We were provided with earplugs so we slept fine. If you are sensitive to loud/bass noise you may want to ask about rooms further away/other side of hotel if possible.
