Enjoy an intimate retreat at this stylish place in the heart of Whistler Creekside. It is only a 5-min walk to Creekside Gondola - for skiing/boarding or the bike park. Although the complex doesn't have a pool or hot tub, it is only a 5 -15 min walk to the beaches of Nita and Alpha Lakes. Free parking for one vehicle. - No parties.
- No noise allowed after 10pm. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.
- No smoking/vaping or e-cigarettes allowed inside or anywhere on the building premises (including balconies and common areas). Violations are Subject to Fines.
- No pets
- No shoes in the house
- Any violations of the above rules will be subject to a $500 fine billed against your damage deposit and can result in immediate eviction.
- According to building bylaw, the renter needs to be 21 or older. Children and teens are welcome.
