The Space:

Soft winter light filters through the evergreens as you step inside, carrying the quiet of the forest with you. The air feels crisp outside, but the glow of the indoor fireplace and the warmth of the wood and stone finishes create an inviting place to settle in after a day in the snow. From the deck, you can look out toward the mountains and Nita Lake, their surfaces shifting with the season, while the surrounding forest adds a deep sense of seclusion.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for up to 10 guests, the home offers 5 bedrooms with 6 beds and 6.5 baths, providing space and privacy for everyone in your group. Each bedroom includes thoughtful touches such as soft linens, ample storage, and extra pillows and blankets, making it easy to unwind between winter outings.

The patio area offers a quiet spot to take in the alpine setting, and the hot tub provides a warm, soothing contrast to the cold air. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area are available if you prefer to linger outside, and a BBQ grill gives you another option for preparing meals, even in the colder months.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. A breakfast bar with seating for 5 makes mornings easy, while the dining table offers room for shared dinners. The barbecue utensils allow for outdoor cooking if you choose, and the kitchen setup supports anything from simple snacks to more involved recipes.



Entertainment and relaxation

When you return from the slopes or the trails, the media room and pool table offer indoor options for gathering. The TV and WiFi keep you connected, and the indoor fireplace creates a cozy spot to relax as the snow settles outside. Heating, AC with a split type ductless system, and portable fans help keep the home comfortable in all seasons.

The home includes essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper, along with bathroom essentials for a smooth stay. A free washer and dryer in the unit, an iron, a safe, and a private entrance add ease and independence. Free parking in the garage is available on site.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is permitted from 7 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience some construction noise, and scaffolding and a crane from the nearby development may be visible.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
