The place was mostly empty but we were put in rooms as far away from the front desk as possible. I'm sure that's because we booked through Expedia. The help at the front desk were very rude not helpful.

Everything was closed besides gambling. We got there at 8:45. The pool and food were all shut down. The next morning the only thing open for breakfast was a little grab and go coffee place. Good thing McDonald is right there.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Rainbow Hotel. The location is excellent, right off Interstate 80, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bedding felt fresh and cozy, and we slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy and convenient. My only suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when passing through West Wendover.

It was overpriced. I was not happy they don't accommodate for families with 4 kids. Had to.get 2 rooms. The non smoking rooms seamed to be for a smoker.
