The hotel and room were starting to show a lot of age for the price. The bathtub / shower in our room looked like it was installed 30 years ago. The staff in the Italian restaurant were very friendly and well trained but the casino staff were generally unpleasant. The pool was closed so I gave it a 3 star?

The property was beautiful and the room was very nice and comfortable. The restaurant had a very good selection of available dishes. My only complaint had to do with ‘after’ check-in. There are zero provisions to get luggage from the entrance or even the many parking lots to the room. No luggage carts and when I asked a staff member, she looked confused. This is a major inconvenience for seniors and would be the single reason I might not go back.
