The property was surprisingly clean and very quiet. The water temperature and pressure was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious especially the Texas shaped waffles!

Niece's Wedding Weekend...

Our 2 night stay was very, very nice!! Our initial contact upon arrival was with the front desk manager, I'm guessing at his title. Extremely friendly man...Next-up was a very friendly lady who did the actual check-in. We arrived an hour Before the 3PM check-in, but she allowed us to check in anyway. She was so friendly, helpful, cheerful...What a breath of fresh air!!! Unfortunately, we didn't ask her name or look too closely at her name tag. She helped us with a recommendation of where to order pizza from & gave us great directions to get around Waxahachie, TX. BUT, THE BEST PART: She allowed us to gather w/family in the hotel lobby & partake of some wine. We were in Waxahachie for a niece's wedding and afterwards, many of us gathered in the hotel lobby!!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Gave my room to a stranger and fumbled around trying to figure out how to fix it. No parking available thanks to them letting trucks with trailers block an extra 15 -20 parking spots. Still getting emails addressed to the stranger they gave my room to. Didn’t seem to care or want to fix it financially, even when they received $2000 from me for multiple rooms

Good location, bad service, gave my room away to another person with my same last name. Couldn’t figure it out and I sat there for 30 minutes while they call around to someone with a clue and now I get follow up emails addressed to the wrong person that took my room but sent to my email. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Just run down with poor service for someone paying $2000 for multiple rooms.

Standard highway hotel, but missing lots of the things I expect to be standard. 1. Room with sofa sleeper didn't have extra linens, and front desk didn't answer phone twice to call for them. 2. Gym missing several dumbbells, no towels, and no disinfecting wipes or cleaners for equipment. 3. Room shower grout was moldy and stained. 4. Room thermostat display broken, so no idea what temp room set to.
