Our deluxe suite lacked towel racks and no in room coffee/tea service. The bed was adequate, but we had to ask to get second pillows. The rooms were not sound insulated and we heard noises from next door and from outside.

The place wasnt clean at all and the property was shady. We checked in, got to the room and checked right back out. I hope i get a full refund. I shouldn't have to pay full price for 30 minutes. I asked at the front desk about a refund. They were supposed to call me back and never did.

The staff were all very nice. I asked for an extra blanket and he went to housekeeping and was able to find me one. The only thing I didn't like is how they kept spraying some chemical in the carpet up and down the hall outside of my room and I couldn't breath. They did stop when I asked them to but the smell was overwhelming and lingered for a long time. Slept with my window open hence the reason needing another blanket. Thank you for stopping when asked.

The pictures are not accurate. The place smells like drugs and one of the staff members stole my PJ’s. Then, I was making coffee and the plug began to smoke! Do not stay here!!!

ok for a short stay. bed was needing to be replaced springs popping as you move or get in and out of it. property is run down but not trash. didn't sleep well because of the condition of the bed. nothing extra for comfort just a place to try and rest for a night. staff was friendly

The staff was great. The jacuzzi was great. There was a lot of noise in the hallway all night making it hard to sleep. If not for that it was a nice place to stay.

The room was really out dated and looked dirty. It was so noisy we could hear the waffle machine in the morning going off and we were not close to the breakfast area. It was good for the price but don’t expect anything nice.
