Game area with gas fireplace for your group to gather and relax and deck off the game room. New washer/dryer for guest use.

Attached 2 car garage and. Upper level boasts master bedroom 1 which has king bed, 35’’ TV and ensuite bath with shower. Bedroom 2 has double bed, full closet. Bedroom 3 has twin bunkbeds. Full upper-level bath with tub/shower. 2nd Time Booking, Just as Lovely

2nd time renting this place after a few years - just as lovely as the first! Clean and quiet, this us a great home base! One thing, if you cook/bake - there is a small assortment of pots, pans, baking sheets to choose from so maybe best to bring your own. Plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, etc... though! Would definitely book again!

Great family-friendly Wausau home

Our host, Tim, was responsive to any questions we had from the moment we arrived. Ample space, comfortable furnishings, and use of the garage, which was great since it snowed 8 inches one night of our trip. We felt close to everything (highway, grocery store, Briq’s Ice Cream, Rib Mountain, Downtown, etc.). We are frequently in the area visiting family and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Family Ski Vacation

Wonderful, spacious condo for a group of seven adults. Comfortable layout with all of the bedrooms allowing space for everyone. The living spaces were perfect for enjoying time together. Just a short drive to the Granite Peak ski resort and the downtown Wausau area where there was shopping and restaurants. Especially enjoyed the garage parking. Highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great rental for family gathering

This unit is very roomy with four bedrooms, three living spaces and a well equipped kitchen. There are three bathrooms. Two have showers and a third has a tub shower combination then there is a fourth half bathroom. Accessing the unit was very easy. It was a great location and the unit was well stocked with bedding towels and the kitchen was also well stocked with cooking supplies Would highly recommend, and if we are back in the area again, we would definitely rent again

Great quick stay. Ended up having less guests than anticipated but one observation to share is that my adult children both really appreciated that in addition to 4 bedrooms, there were three distinct “chill out” spots - so any of us could get some quiet time if needed. One was the living room on the first floor, another was kind of a sitting room w a fireplace on the first floor, and the third was a second living room/family room in the basement, also w a fireplace. It was helpful esp w adult kids for folks to be able to get together, but also have some “chill out” space. I’d definitely come back.

Great location. Wedding on Rib Mountain and reception in Mosinee. We have family in Rothschild so everything was close and easy access to Hwy 51/39. We will definitely stay again. Tim Wimmer is a marvelous host. Available if needed but not overbearing.

Great stay!

We came here to get away and go skiing and this house worked well for our four person family. The walls are a bit thin so at night we could hear the neighbors. They had all of the kitchenware we needed to cook and even had spices and snacks for us!!!!!

Worked very well for our group

Visited Wausau for a family wedding. The downstairs "suite" was excellent for a couple with two young children. Rental also has a Mr. Coffee, which we prefer over a Kuerig. Made making coffee in quantity much easier. The rental was very clean and well stocked with linens. Needs a wine opener but had everything else we needed in the kitchen. Only downside is the master suite upstairs. The bed blocks the only egress window. It is a design flaw of the house as there really is no other place to put the bed, but it would be dangerous if there was a fire.

What a great place!

This property is clean, bright and roomy. Plenty of room for a long stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were plenty of floors and rooms for everyone to have a little space. Would definitely stay again!
