We liked the friendliness of the receptionist, the view of the city from our 14th floor end unit, the location, facilities, 2 bedrooms and the proximity to Capital One Arena that included a full kitchen for the price. The feeling of safety and the walkability to the many businesses in the area are a plus. My only areas of improvement would be more water pressure in the shower and because I'm tall and have bad knees, taller toilets(I didn't request any special accommodations). Would definitely stay there again.

Very rude front desk personnel. Gave us wrong directions. When checking in we were first in line but, every time someone came to desk the employee waited on them.
It’s very very basic, it’s so basic they put bedsheets on either side of the blanket rather than a duvet or a blanket that can be washed. It’s so basic the rooms are dark bc there’s only a one lightbulb lamp illuminating the entire space. There’s a lot of potential here. They just don’t meet it
