Did not even stay the entire booking..the air conditioning did not work in room but was cold in hallway. It was clean but air conditioning was a big problem

Unexpected charge at check-in. I had called ahead for early check-in and was told that that would be fine. They could let me in at 12 o’clock. I showed up at 12 o’clock And was asked for $35 for an early check-in. I asked to see the manager and said that he know what he told me about this when I asked for early check in. They finally let us in about 130.

I don’t remember the young man’s name behind the front desk. But he was super friendly and extremely helpful with directions and arranging a shuttle for us. A great employee to have behind the desk.

Nice hotel, but...

This is a nice hotel, well-maintained and care has gone into choosing attractive furniture, pictures, etc. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice large bath towels. However, the smell of weed came through the bathroom vent system. It made me feel sick.
