2nd time here! The staff works hard to make sure everyone is content. Spacious and comfortable much preffered to a standard hotel room at kuxury resorts in the area

Ten day stay without proper working plumbing in the kitchen. The sink/garburator had a nasty smell, the next morning after check in we realized the dishwasher was backed up from the previous guests use. We tried to do a load, it leaked all over the floor. We requested help 4 separate times, and received nothing of the sort. If I am paying for a unit that has specific items listed, I expect it to be in working order. They waived the $29 per day service fee for our troubles…. I think the amount of work I had to do cleaning was worth more than that. Super disappointed.

The hotel and its amenities are top notch. The rooms were spacious (loved the massive showers), the pools were a big hit with our kids, and we loved walking down to the Hilton Waikoloa Village every morning. Bring able to use their pools/lagoon for free was absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic place to stay. The rooms are well equipped, the cleaning staff is excellent, the service is superior. There is music in the evening and places to go for cooking needs. Queens market offers a variety of Hawaiian flavors if you don’t want to cook. The hotel is located within driving distance to all locations. It was a wonderful stay. Well worth the price!
