Staying here was perfect for visiting our daughter who attends Baylor! The drive to campus and back is easy and quick! The neighborhood was super quiet and the beds are comfy! More than we expected; my husband already said to book here again

We enjoyed our stay and how close everything was, the ONLY complaint is that there was no hot water in the main house. We would stay here again due to the space and the vicinity.

This was the perfect spot for our graduation celebration! The home was clean, comfortably slept seven, and the bonus cottage gave two of our guests extra privacy. The retro accents throughout the home gave it a fun, unique style that we really enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked with thoughtful extras like plenty of spices and food storage, There was plenty of parking for our guests. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay again!

We have family in Waco and this was the perfect house for us! The decoration is very eclectic - not generic at all - and had it been a warmer weekend, we would have made great use of the outdoor spaces! We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic retreat!

Was an ideal place for a gathering of friends for the weekend. Very livable space and close to everything with a quick drive downtown. Will be back again!

Were in town for a couple of day. This property was a great location to kick back at the end of the day. The outdoor patio area was quite and relaxing. House was very clean.

Graduation Stay

We were delighted with our stay in Waco at the house and Bungalow. It was perfect for a family. There were outside games to keep teens interested and a fully stocked kitchen so we could easily cook for the group. The house was clean and check-in was easy. Thank you for the stay.

Clean and Comfortable

This was an ideal location for our "out of town" staff during our corporate meeting. Outdoor area was great for evening socializing and inside was very comfortable. Entire property well maintained. Immaculately clean.

The property was clean. The location was close to the Zoo and parks. The outside areas would have been more fun if the temps weren't in the 100s.

Holiday getaway

The holidays are so hectic this year, my sister and I decided to get our kids together and have a stress free weekend together. Waco is halfway between Dallas and Austin, so it was a perfect location. We ate, drank and played games. We talked and caught up with other. It was a wonderful time. Looks like a new holiday tradition!

Windows and bed

Very cute property, but the windows really need coverings. Light coming through the windows all night was very distracting. Also, the bed in the cottage really needs to be replaced. The mattress sinks in the middle very badly. I would stay their again if those things were addressed.

Great location

My family and I had an awesome time at this house. We loved the decor and the courtyard was really nice! The location was so close to everywhere we went! My only drawback was it wasn't accessible to get in the home and I have a son in a wheelchair so we just had to carry him in and then bring chair in. But we knew that going in! Really loved it and wish we could have stayed longer!
