This seems to be a pretty new building. Everything looks clean and fresh. The room was great for me, all I needed, including a propper shower instead of a bath. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet, I did not hear the traffic from the nearby interstate, nor did I hear the neighbours. The real star was Olivia, the young lady at the check-in. Ever so helpful and kind. She is a GEM. I would certainly choose Everhome Suites again when in Waco.

Staff was warm and welcoming-even at midnight! The little shop for food/beverages and necessities was convenient. The room was great! Clean!! The kitchen had all the appliances and even a dishwasher! This hotel has major issues with their electrical componens . The breaker kept tripping over and over again it's a fire hazard and electrical fire just waiting to happen. It wasn't just my room it was several other rooms they switch my room the manager at the time was ill equipped no customer service unprofessional. Not to mention it cost $3 to wash your clothes when the candle was sweets it does not cost they don't have dish liquid in the rooms either you have to purchase it for $2.38 1 oz bottle not even 1 oz. The only good thing about this location is it's clean but that's because it's new
