The charm of an old fashioned Nice building located in the heart of the city. Great location. Very friendly staff. The room was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the bed comfortable. Be aware that there is no daily room cleaning service. A fine two star hotel.

Very responsive staff. Standard rooms are very small, but comfortable beds. You cannot beat the location; good variety of restaurants, U grocery store, an awesome bakery and cheese shop next door, one block from the beach and less than 15 minutes walk to old town or train station. We would not hesitate stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful - very clean and white and had a regal feeling to it. The staff was very friendly, but not very efficient. I asked the front desk to book a lunch for me in Eze - and they informed me they would do it the following morning. The following morning they didn't address it or book the lunch. I asked for my mini bar to be re-filled - waited 40 minutes and finally went downstairs to get a bottled water. Any requests from staff were either slow or not handled at all.
