Check-in was good. However, the room was small, for the amount paid. Additionally, there was a leak inside of the room. Which I had to place buckets to prevent all our stuff getting wet. The keycards didn’t work. I had to change my key card seven times in order to get into my room. At one point, the front desk had to go in with the main key card to let me into my room. They stated “this can happen, sorry”
On a positive note, the hotel is centrally located close to shops and restaurants.

Modern hotel with nice design. Ski in/ski out.
the hotel is amazing the food is good and the property is almost new. Easy to get the bus next to the hotel and easy to park.
Aquamotion is a plus for the kids.
