The lounge was nice and the rooms were clean. Check in time is really late (which was inconvenient with a 4:30 event start time) but they were able to accommodate an earlier check in to a more normal time when we called the day of.
They did not provide tea in the room and then there wasn’t a coffee and tea service in the lobby. There was a restaurant with an extremely long line to buy tea and coffee. Then it took over 30 minutes to get our car from the valet - there was only one guy working and it was his first day. He did the best he could but they were extremely understaffed and overwhelmed. I was trying to rush out the door so I could find tea (since there was none ro be found)- but compound my lack of caffeine with the extreme wait at the valet and the experience was only subpar. The location was definitely convenient but I’d think twice before going again.
