We did not have hot water for 2 days. I complained day 1. Staff apologetic and assured me it would be fixed that morning. 2nd day still no hot water. Told different staff person, she was cold, indifferent, required prompting to note my room number. I honestly did not expect it to be fixed but it was in time for night time showers.

The room was amazing and the space was incredible but we did ask for house keeping and they never came also for two day there was no hot water for us to take a shower. They say they will work on it but it was not fix the next day when we left. It was really disappointing because you expect to take a shower for a long travel back home.

By far the entire staff made our stay so special! Sara, Jamie, Bernadette and all the other staff members we had contact with were so very friendly, courteous and helpful. They listened to our concerns and needs and took care of them with a smile. The breakfast was really delicious and the dining room was clean and neat. The staff cooked our waffles for us and bused or table when we finished. We had a great stay and look forward to doing it again soon! Also as a joked with Bernadette having In and out next door was nice too!
