Lovely location, next the the main bus terminal and train station and an easy walk into the town. Staff was very polite and check in was easy. Bonus as our flight was at 10pm but they looked after our bags and allowed us to use the restroom to freshen up before we left for the airport. We had just checked in when my husband had a nosebleed which went on to complications that led to an emergency hospital admission. The staff had my back all the time, constantly reassuring me and helping with every little detail. They take care of every guest as if they were family. The rooms are very elegant, cozy and comfortable with old world charm but modern conveniences. Breakfast is substantial and fresh. The location can't be beat with bus and train just around the corner, restaurants nearby. If you want an Italian/Venetian family, stay at Arlecchino.
