The check in process was great. The beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful. Staff were friendly. Location is convenient. Proximity to parking was easy. Hot tub was nice. Room was not cleaned that well or restocked with items (cups, etc.). Small room for the cost. Saunas didn’t seem to be working. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back!

I am in love with this hotel, and I believe that we will make it part of our annual Christmas celebrations. The hotel was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor, the staff was lovely and the food was fresh and delicious. If I had any complaints it would be that the garbage can in the bathroom was half full, and it made me wonder if the bathroom was sanitized, but it was definitely clean enough. I loved the view, such a beautiful, vibrant location. Close to everything that you could want to see in Vancouver. Amazing!!

I have stayed at many hotels in Vancouver. If you have kids, especially teenagers, nothing else compares. The staff is amazing! The only complaint would be bigger beds, but we always make it work.
