NEW OWNER HAS MADE INCREDIBLE CHANGES TO INTERIOR. ROOMS ARE AUDATED, SPACIOUS AND CONFORTABLE. HE RESPONDED EMEDITELY WHEN WHE NEEDED A LIGHT BULB. STLLI A WORK IN PROGRESS ON THE OUTSID, BUT DON'T LET THAT FOOL YOU. IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

This is pretty much one of the only hotels in the city we needed to stay in. This place is very old, but it was clean. There's no office open but they give you a code for the door, we had trouble with it we're but was able to reach someone. Expedia said there was breakfast but there was not. The bed was just okay, it's very out dated but it served its purpose. If you're picky, this place is not for you. They're pet friendly and it was nice not to have to worry about bringing our dog.

The room we stayed in was clean, bed & bedding was comfortable. We know from speaking with owners that this property was recently purchased and is being rehabbed. I believe they are doing a good job at updating this facility. We will stay again when in the area..

This property is quite cute from the outside and the surroundings of the trees and gulf course is beautiful however, the property itself needs a lot of TLC. This property is under new ownership and I was told that it is being repaired and updated. I must say, the walls are thin and I could hear the gentleman in the room next to me snoring through the night. There is no check in, no one to greet and welcome you, no one to bring you extra towels or toilet paper. The rooms have a keypad entry system with a tap card key. I would feel more secure with a second lock once inside the room.

We stayed in the senior room. Other than lack of windows, the room was good. Bed was very comfortable. Walked to La Contenta club house for breakfast. Nice walk along the golf course and breakfast was excellent.
