There was no furniture to sit on in the room except for the bed and desk chair. They said an inspector for holiday inn had it removed because it didn’t meet standards. But, they didn’t replace it because they are going to remodel the rooms in the future.

They were clearly not happy. We booked with Expedia. Bed was very uncomfortable, air conditioner was noisy all night long. Could not get the room dark enough to sleep. Check-in was too late in the day.

Smelled like burnt spaghettios. Front office gave me some spray to put in the carpet myself. Didn’t fix anything. Ants in one of the beds. Tv didn’t work until my husband was plugged the wires in the right spot. Tub was clogged. My husband pulled out a giant hairball. Disgusting.

Fridge was dirty. I had to clean it. Morning front desk clerk was wonderful. Daytime clerks were nasty and not telling the truth. Graveyard front desk clerk was helpful. On the 5 star side it was very quiet. Avoid the breakfast.
