The hotel was clean and workers were friendly, but rooms on both sides of us were loud and guests partying until all hours of the night. I did call security, but there was also a barking dog in one of the rooms. I will probably not return there.

Very clean and safe

Great room with balcony. Very clean. We felt very safe. The casino was very well maintained and safe. The only thing we were disappointed about was the pool and spa were closed due to Covid.

Got to the hotel and was put into a handicap room. Not what I reserved here on Expedia. Was told they couldn’t help me at the front desk because I reserved my room here. Seemed very unwilling to help with anything at all.

Jackson Rancheria's Hospitality/COVID19 Protection

Traveling during COVID-19 can be daunting and Jackson Rancheria's hospitality was excellent. They took all the CDC precautions and we felt protected, even the TV remote was clean & covered. We stayed four nights. There wasn't any maid service as no one could enter our room. The staff responded quickly to any request for amenities like towels & coffee. They did have a refrigerator in the room although I couldn't find that info on their website. No microwave but we had access to one if we needed it. Temperature checks and hand sanitizers upon entry to the resort & casino. There is not direct access to the casino from the resort via elevator. We didn't spend a lot of time in the casino but hand sanitizer, mask wearing and social distancing was a requirement. Every other slot machine was inactivated so there was adequate space between players. There was decent food available for purchase/take out from their grill. We plan to visit again. Hopefully after the pandemic ends. Plenty of wildlife, deer & turkeys running around. A great place to stay to see a different side of California,

My family arrived late (9ish) I get it they were loud n security was called. My complaint was how they went about it. We already was getting the kids to sleep when we heard a load like ima break the door open banging not knocking on the door.(1015ish) Security was very rude would have completely gone a different way instead of I have authority and demand an apology attitude. He even wanted the door open during a pandemic. This place needs to teach their security A lil better. All they have to do is knock politely relay the message that a complaint for loud noise was made and moved on. Never in my life and I go to many places have I ever experience were if it weren’t for my kids I would’ve taught 3 security guys a lesson because of their actions from one was stupidly wrong. Anyways we decide not to extend our stay and moved on.
