Wood Valley Vacation Packages

This place is a gem. It’s not too far from Kona Airport. We stayed in the Japanese tea room which is a very unique stay. It’s a very comfortable spacious room that has a very comfortable queen bed, nice t.v. With Amazon Prime, YouTube and other options for viewing entertainment, a BIG bathtub and a separate shower in the beautiful bathroom. The awesome part of this place though is Dave and his wife Miriam! They let you use basically all the amenities their property has to offer from the nice kitchen which has pretty much all ya need to cook your own meals (you’ll need to clean up after yourself), a jacuzzi, and in their common area Dave always has coffee ready in the morning you just hit the brew button and multiple teas are available as well. Miriam every morning sets out some baked good and fresh tea in the morning as well to get ya going. If you stay at this property you will go away feeling like you lived in Hawaii for your stay and not visiting like you feel in a normal hotel room. Very Wonderful Experience! Pool, hot tub and a beautiful ocean view. Accommodations were adequate.

Excellent dining options at the Auberge at the Canoe House and the Halani. Well situated to walk to the nearby protected cove for snorkeling passing ancient Hawaiian fish ponds along the way. Heading in the opposite direction is the beach trail to the Fairmont Orchid which also has a nice sheltered cove for snorkeling and an excellent restaurant (Browns) for a special dining experience. At the Auberge we got to see a turtle swimming in the water near the beach. We also loved the morning complementary yoga classes and it was a nice surprise that there was also an adult only pool. Mahalo to the staff who were everyone of them very friendly.

Well kept and a cut above most of the surrounding Condo complexes plus it has central air conditioning,….and right on the Besch.

Great view right in Kona across from ocean. Lovely pool. Room good size for good price.
