Your Las Vegas Casa in a convenient location

Welcome to your Casa in Las Vegas in a convenient location (5 min from Chinatown and 10 min from the strip and Convention Center). In the middle of 3 hospitals, several grocery stores, and many restaurants. It is a separate house on one-half acre attached to our house but with its own kitchen, laundry, and living room. There is an outside rec area that has easy access (I am working to upgrade) but is a very nice place to eat meals with a gas grill and fully lit at night. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with an eating area, a living room, and a laundry room. We need to rent out for 30 days at a time for local short-term rental laws, so please inquire before you rent as to availability and term.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with cable channels. The vacation home also includes a coffee maker.
