"AC didnt work and experienced the rudest and worst staff Ive encountered staying at a hotel. We arrived for check in after the front doors were locked due to storms in the area- we rang the bell several times, to be ignored by the girl at the front desk who was eating mcdonalds french fries and talking to some guy who wound up opening the door for us- We asked for a late check out, she told us 12:30pm. Next morning at 11am the housekeeper was banging on our door"
