This 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath House is beautiful inside and out!! It's the perfect getaway for the whole family or a group of friends! This property has over an acre of land and 150 Feet of private waterfront. A glassed-in sunroom overlooking Lake Winnecook allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets year-round. New metal dock purchased in 2024. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year. ***The floating trampoline is NOT ours. Belongs to our neighbor. Do NOT use it unless given permission from the neighbor who owns it. ***
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Loved staying here. Owners were prompt when we had questions. The space was clean and had enough room to spread out. Outside area was awesome with access to the lake, fire pit, and room for the kids to run around!
