Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom newly updated home. Across from China Lake, a convenience store, a seasonal restaurant, and the ATV / Snowmobile trail runs right through the property! It is on the main road which takes you into Waterville where you will find more restaurants and shopping.
