We were locked out of our room most of the stay . Went through 4 sets of keys . Actually was late for an event we drive 600 miles for because we couldn't get back in our room . The ice machine leaked so there was always water on the floor .

Our stay here was fine. A place to rest our heads, but nothing more. Everything is falling apart or out of date (peeling wallpaper, dingy lighting, pool tiles falling off, dirty old pool towels….the list goes on. It is evident that this location takes zero pride in aesthetics. Some Best westerns are lovely, but this one was just dingy and run down. Definitely not “plus” or “grand”.

Sadly, this property has been allowed to deteriorate. The rooms and common areas are quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The area surrounding the hotel is poorly maintained. I would not feel safe in the rear parking area after dark.
Area behind the hotel: overgrown grass and bushes; abandoned grocery carts
Thought it was closed or abandoned when we arrived. Empty parking lot is not a good sign.

I found staff to be unwelcoming. I asked for dining recs in area where i can go with my pup and was told tonjust call around. The room was dirty. I found someones deodorant and other garbage behind a nighstand. I would never stay here again!

First floor on right side of building wreaks like smoke. Probably never updated it since becoming smoke free. I stayed here twice first time wasn’t great but good enough for a business travel night. this second time will be my last they should know better than putting guests on a floor that stinks like this a truly gross place to stay.
