Very friendly staff. Upgraded my room to accommodate my first floor request. Room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very old and not taken care of. Rooms with broken glass, wall plugs that didn't work, lack of lights, bulbs missing. My husband tightened something where the toilet was leaking. The security light outside our room flashed all night.

The room smelled like urine. The extra lock on the door was broken/missing. The bathroom was so dirty, we didnt even use the shower. It looked like the ceiling was just refinished with texture, but the curtains werent removed, and had texture all over the tops of them. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. Would never stay there again, nor recommend to anyone.

The room was very neglected. I had to clean blood off of the bathroom wall. We killed one roach the next day, and listened to the neighbors who live there, I guess, till 3 am. There was a large police presence all night. The pics on line are fake. We could not get a refund so we just tried to make the best of it. Even after a shower, I still felt dirty. Thankfully I was able to take another shower later. They offer breakfast, but that was a big, NOPE! It sucks that we made a reservation on line and took the chance of no refund. From now on we will see the hotel first then reserve on line. The 2 star is only because of the nice person up front, otherwise I would go negative.Oh yeah. The bathroom mirror was in another room. When I was shaving my neck, I had to walk back and forth to rince my razo👎 Bring your own linens and cleaning supplies, if feel the urge to stay here. We had to make a quick trip to get that stuff ourselves.I do not recommend this place, unless you are ok with that sort of thing. ✌️
