Arrived at hotel, checked in, got to room and key wouldn't work. Went back to desk, lady told me I demagnetized it by holding it close to my phone. She reprogrammed same key. Got to door, kept it away from my phone, didn't work. Went back to desk, she reprogrammed new card and told me she would meet me at door. Third key didnt work with her trying, however the master key worked. She told us sorry, but there is nothing I can do, we have no other rooms and this isnt working. We were stuck 3 hrs away with no where to stay. She was rude, didnt attempt to call a manager or solve the problem. I do not recommend this hotel.

Staff were very nice - from the desk clerk to the breakfast host. Location is next to a very good italian restaurant (Mousto’s). Unfortunately, the shower in the room has mold in between the tiles on the floor. For the breast, overall very good, except only one choice of meat - link sausage. Would have liked bacon too.

The room was dirty . The beds were clean though so I didn’t complain. The staff was great though at desk and breakfast lady was nice . This was upstairs but I stayed a few weeks ago and the room was very clean but it was on bottom floor

Certainly! Here's a clearer and more professional rewrite of your message: When we arrived at the property before the game. I was going to unload the car but I wasnt comfortable. We left and went to the game. The property was not clean. We returned to the room around 11PM after the game, we found that it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom was dirty, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, even after spraying the sheets with Lysol. Because of this, we decided to leave at 1 AM. The experience was disappointing and made it impossible to enjoy. Plus The front desk staff was friendly and nice.

The first room had bugs all in it and smelled like they tried to cover something up with some sort of deodorant that was so strong I started getting nauseous. The 2nd room they moved us to had blood stains all over the mattress cover. We didn’t stay and as we left they had a sewer company working on the room next door. Very disappointed. Should have read the reviews better.

Major water damage on ceiling and room smelled musty. There was also large stain on carpet. Could see updates to flooring in other areas but more updates needed. Breakfast was minimal; could use bread and pastry type items and more fruit choices.
