Just a simple hotel, nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.

The walls were filthy and the room smelled really bad. Behind the doors in the bathroom was the worst. Looks like someone was shot.

The owners were very nice. The rooms were average. The employees were very friendly. Behind the counter seemed very dirty, so was concerned about the rooms. However, they were fair. There were two dirty washcloths on the shower curtain rack when I arrived. Thanks so much, Sandra Daley

The "lobby" was filthy. The concrete on steel outside stairs are broken, loose, bowed and treacherous. The handrail is also broken. The room was fair, curtains wouldn't close to have privacy. The TV remote is wired to the inside of the night stand drawer very inconvenient!Coffee pot leaked all over counter,no shampoo, one small bar of soap. The complimentary "breakfast" served next to the lobby was pitiful,no ice,the m/f bathroom had a foot high of waste over the top of the trash can 8 ft. from the serving counter, and no other sink around? four star price for one star or less hotel, don't waste your money go elsewhere or stay in your car it will be better! Never again will I stay there or any other with the same name, shame shame shame.

Okay stay, room sorta small and bathroom to. But clean overall refridge working and microwave also , good location.

This is an older hotel but the rooms were very clean and the owner & staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an outdoor pool but very welcoming since it was 97 degrees out the day we were there. The breakfast was good with a variety to please each of us. For the cost it was a very pleasant surprise and we will stay there again if we are ever in the area.

The Days Inn Martin offered a comfortable room with a good price. It was very close to the University of Tennessee at Martin. Free breakfast was not worth the time.
