First time in Tulum and will definitely be back! This resort is beautiful AND it was all-inclusive not only in the hotel but at the beach club too? The food was pretty decent and they did a great job with the activities to keep the vibe going. It’s more of a relax vibe but they also know how to party :) everyone just needs to check this spot out! The staff was very kind, helpful and accommodating

We loved our stay here. Its very quiet and not too party vibe, which is a good break from main Tulum beach area. I do wish they had a more authentic mexican taco stand, like those you see in CDMX. But the food was 4/5. Staff was amazing. The beach club, which was about 10/15 mins away from the resort, was really good. Food options are 4/5, lacking authentic mexican food as well.

resorts food, service and drinks were great. It was slow when we were here, always room at the pools and restaurants no wait. The problems with amerian airlines and Dallas airport they where terrible.

Great resort, but not for party. If want a place just to relax, this resort is great. Food was really good, staff were very friendly and everything is clean. However, this was my first time at a resort that was not on the beach and it makes a huge difference and it’s def gonna be the last time. Last shuttle from the beach to the hotel is at 5pm…it’s about 15min away so walking is not an option.

NOT ON THE BEACH , IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LAND , UGLY DESIGN ( SUPPOSED TO BE CONTEMPORARY) BUT FLAT OUT CHEAP EXTERIOR FINISH! SHOWS ARE FOR KIDS NOT EVEN TEENAGERS !

Horrible experience. We were at one room two nights with the aC making awful noises. One day the vent fell from the ceiling. Thankfully our next few nights they switched us to another room where it was better. Their resolution to the consumer was poor.
