Nice property and staff. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores and ADO bus. Complimentary breakfast was good! It included coffee, fresh fruit juice, toast, jam, generous plate of fresh fruit and choice of eggs or pancakes.

Fantastic downtown location and accommodations

The front desk and staff was attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived to the day we left. We were recommended a great ceviche place for lunch! The room had everything we needed. Most of all, we loved the downtown location. We liked being in the local neighborhood.

Had a wonderful stay at Jabin. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was delicious, mexican styed eggs and the marmalade was amazing. Close to everything and would recommend to anyone staying to Tulum and trying to get away from the hotel zone.

Loved staying here. Favourite hotel in my 3 week trip. Was surprised that it was only considered a 3 star hotel - had little thoughtful touches like the welcome box, slippers placed neatly when room was cleaned, big room with Netflix, loved the jelly beans at the front reception. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous boutique hotel at an amazing price

Location is good, 5 minute walk from the ADO bus station and the main strip of shops and restaurants. You can rent a bike from the hotel to go to the beach. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a balcony. You were also able to watch Netflix as they have their own account. The little gifts in the room and when you left we’re a lovely and thoughtful touch. Breakfast which was included in the room rate was served on a nice balcony and options to eat for westerns too. For the price of the room which was a complete bargain in tulum, this hotel exceeds expectations.
