The receptionist, Felicia or Felipa, was rude, laughing at guests and making faces at those who asked for help with their coffee at breakfast. When we arrived, she was playing cards with other people. We heard her speaking Spanish, and when I spoke to her in Spanish, she said she didn't speak it (luckily, I speak English). She reluctantly gave us our room, which smelled strongly of "other tobacco". The shower pressure was good, but the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. It's a hotel for sleeping and leaving.
