The property was great. The only issue we had was the battery tired in the keyless entry and we had to use the key so the cleaning people had no access to give us fresh towels.

The cabin was cute and comfortable. It is about 10 miles from Bryce Canyon. There are no amenities and not much else to do in the town but it was fine for our two day stay. There is a small grocery store and restaurant across the street and the people were very friendly. I would stay there again.

Very good location to visit Bryce Canyon National Park. Check in was very easy. The property has a good view.The previous guests took the hairdryer. We contacted the office and they were really very helpful. We appreciated their support. It is walking distance to the Main Street.

Super cute place that served our needs! The main wall heater didn't heat up, but there were two back up heaters available. Overall a nice quite place to come back to after a day in Bryce Canyon : )

The place was excellent. Cute, quiet, easy to find, had all the amenities we needed. Cute little patio area to enjoy the mountains while drinking coffee.I only rated staff as average just because I never saw them to rate them. Honestly how it worked, they weren’t even needed. I was emailed the cabin number and passcode for the door a day in advance so honestly staff was not needed. It was very slick.

Understand there are LOTS of these "Cabin" accommodations in this area. Rates are also high in many places. We stayed in a VERY similar Cabin accommodation in the Torrey UT area that was less expensive and in better shape. Ruby's seems to be the HUB of activity and is also a BW property. Don't know rates as we were looking for something a bit different during a 4 week trip. Would I stay there again? Knowing the alternatives, probably not.
