This modern condo is on the 1st floor of the Trailside45 building, located next to the paved TART trail. This updated condo features newer appliances, furniture and plenty of amenities. Enjoy an open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, an island with extra seating for gathering, and the dining banquette for enjoying a cup of coffee or getting some work done. You can walk/bike/drive to downtown Traverse City (TC), beaches and restaurants. Rent an ebike from Pedego and zip up to Suttons Bay or Elk Rapids. Multiple skiing, snowmobiling and snow sledding options nearby. Great all season place to stay! A private chef is available if you want a personalized dinner for your group. Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed with memory foam mattress, 2 night stands with individual lamps, an ensuite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet.

Both bedrooms are equipped with smart tvs with live cable as well as streaming services you can log into.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate another 2 guests.

The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, blender, toaster and a separate coffee/tea station to make starting your day a breeze. A new island with seating for 4 lets everyone gather around the kitchen for meals or your in-home wine tastings. The banquette also seats 4 and is a comfy spot to get some work done while you have TV on in the background.

Living Room

Relax in the cozy living room after a day on the road. It features a comfy sofa (which can convert into a Queen sofa bed at night), a 55” Smart TV, an electric fireplace and a large collection of board games that everyone will love.

The building has a spacious and well appointed community room that is available on the 4th floor. Bike locker rooms are located near the elevators on each floor.

1. Sign a separate rental agreement for your stay (sent to you after booking the property) and upload your driver's license to verify your identity on our secure property management site. This is done to protect our property and guests.
2. A security deposit hold of $300 will be placed against your credit card one day prior to your arrival and released 2 days after departure pending inspection (this is a hold and not a charge, similar to what hotels do).
