This was my first time booking through VRBO, and the experience exceeded expectations. Ryan is an outstanding host, and the condo truly offers all the comforts of home, plus extra thoughtful amenities.The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of both the bay and downtown Traverse City, making it convenient to enjoy restaurants, shops, and waterfront views without needing to drive.Ryan and his team communicated clearly before and during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

The home was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and the bed lovely in which to sleep. I accidentally forgot two pair of my pants in the dryer. Ryan has graciously agreed to send them back to me via USPS Priority mail in which I will pay! I recommend this home!

The condo is as represented in the photos and was very clean. Fantastic location - close to restaurants and bars as well as the Tart bike trail. We loved all the recommendations provided by the owner who was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Our stay was exceptional! The condo was bright, impeccably clean, and incredibly user-friendly, making it a perfect home away from home. I absolutely loved having the park directly across the street; it provided a lovely space for relaxation and enjoyment. Really enjoyed this space, just wished we had more time to enjoy it and more friends to share it with. We only spent 1 night, but loved the proximity to town where we could walk to everything and avoid the traffic and parking struggles. We also had our bikes along and enjoyed the convenience to the tart trail and Old Mission Peninsula, where we spent time biking and visiting a couple wineries. The owner had a nice book put together of many of his favorite places to visit in Northern Michigan and you could tell that he has a great appreciation for the surrounding areas and this was nice to peruse through to get ideas of places to visit. Also, his communication was superb. I left behind my favorite UM Hat and didn't even miss it before I received a message from him letting me know the cleaning company left it in the hallway for me to swing by and pick up. I would definitely stay here again and in fact suggested it to my daughter in law from KY who wants to plan a visit with her Mom.

Comfortable & walkable TC condo

Our family has an excellent time staying at Ryan’s place. It was clean and as described. The location is fantastic - walkable to downtown shop & restaurants and a couple of great beaches. The condo was comfortable and quiet at night. We would definitely stay again.

Ryan and the staff provide an experience you will treasure. My family was very pleased, especially my wife. She is pampered and has high standards. This Condo met all her standards in a property she would use again. She called her girlfriend, and now her girlfriend is trying to book a honeymoon for her in August. My family has already decided that we will be here at least twice a year.

The condo was clean and had all the conveniences for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The first floor location is very convenient for strollers annd loading/unloading luggage. Excellent location within walking distance to all the shops on Front St and the beaches. My kids loved the playground park right across the street. Parking is included and easy. Check-in was a breeze as well. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous, secure, and convenient

Stayed 2 nights, parking easy and there is guest parking for one additional car. Two bedrooms, two bath, everything clean as a whistle. Patio has a view of a park which is nice but its close enough to the sidewalk that people say, "Hi." McDonald's is a short walk and both lakes are too. Got to see the air show practice over Boardman lake with hardly any people and for free and in the shade. I'd go baxk in a heartbeat.
