Adorable nuevo condominio de 1 habitación en el centro de Traverse City

Este es un adorable condominio de 1 habitación en el nuevo desarrollo Capri en el centro de Traverse City, Michigan. Este condominio cuenta con una cómoda cama king size en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en la sala de estar, para dormir adicional. La cocina completa incluye microondas, horno, refrigerador, tostadora, lavavajillas y cafetera Keurig de una taza. Una linda y pequeña mesa de desayuno en la parte superior te brinda el lugar perfecto para tomar un café relajado por la mañana antes de llegar al centro. El condominio también incluye la conveniencia de una lavadora y secadora en la unidad, para que pueda sentirse cómodo lavando la ropa durante su estadía. Fuerte conexión inalámbrica y TV también vienen con el condominio. El condominio está a poca distancia de todas las tiendas, restaurantes y bares del centro. Se requiere una estadía mínima de dos noches. No se permiten mascotas.

También podemos ofrecer estacionamiento garantizado. Hay un pequeño lote de 14 espacios + 1 lugar para discapacitados detrás de los edificios de condominios de Capri, lo cual es muy conveniente. Perfect location!

The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. Plenty of room for us and our toddler. Easy entry and the parking pass came in handy. The location was great and within walking distance to everything. We got to the condo 10 mins early and having to sit and wait for our access code to be activated at exactly 4pm was the only downfall, but that’s on us for timing. Great stay just don’t arrive early :)

Quiet and close to everything

We (husband and wife) loved this quiet and convenient apartment in downtown Traverse City for a fall getaway weekend. Having a parking spot in a garage was a huge bonus, and we could walk to everything. Would definitely return in any season!

Mid week fall get away.

My bestie and I try to meet up for an annual fall get away. This year it had to be mid week and in Michigan. Traverse City turned out to be the perfect location. The condo at Capri was close to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown. The Mission peninsula wineries were a short drive. The hosts recommended great restaurants. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Great place

The welcome information was emailed to us, it provided photos so we would know each step of the arrival procedures. Unit was clean, neat, and spacious. Area was quiet at night. Parking at the unit was free, with the parking pass. Close to downtown so we could walk and not worry driving and finding a parking lot. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed while in Traverse City.

Nice newer one bedroom within walking distance of city center

Generally the description is very accurate. The king bad is very comfortable and parking is available but tight. The (free with pass provided) parking in the next door garage means no concerns with parking. (A big plus) I noticed that someone who parked overnight in the handicapped spot did get a ticket, so guests take note. The 4pm check in is quite literal. Not one minute earlier even if it is already cleaned - door must be on a timer. Because it’s partially below ground it is very humid which means towels need to go into the dryer to become dry. The instructions to access everything is well done. It would be helpful to have the same for the cable TV setup since there are three remotes. Otherwise well stocked with typical stuff you need when traveling. Traverse City is very nice and this is a good option.

Nice Property at Great Location

Clean and new with comfortable king sized bed. Walkable to all the downtown restaurants and bars as well as the beach. Responsive and very helpful host. Having parking card available for the garage next door was a big plus.

We were very happy with the condo. The listing details were spot on, no surprises.

We were in TC for 2 nights prior to picking up my daughter from Interlochen Center for the Arts. The location was perfect, close to everything, walking distance (a couple of blocks) to Front street for all of the shopping, eating and drinking. Also several restaurants very close by the condo if you have the need something closer. I had my 74 year old mother and 13 year old daughter with me and it was perfect for both. Great distance for walking around and nice to be able to park the car and forget about it until we left. Parking was great! Found a spot in the lot outside of the condo the first night and used the parking pass/garage for the second which was super easy and convenient. Parking in TC is tricky with parking meters and heaps of people so I find it difficult. This was fantastic! The condo is perfect for a group of 4 for a few nights. Very comfortable and clean, beautiful, new & modern. Was very quiet both nights. Check in/check out was super easy with no issues. Instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars from all of us. Thank you Sean and Blythe

Great location to enjoy Traverse City.

Well supplied condo. Parking super convenient. Easy walking to lots of great restaurants and the cherry festival. Check in process and directions were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a cute little one bedroom on the garden level of the condo. There was a parking pass to use at the structure right next door which was no issue at all and an easy in and out. The location was ideal to be close to downtown but far enough away from noise and traffic. The ONLY things to note about this was there was no tea kettle, which isn't a thing to most ppl but i did miss it in the morning, and the unit we rented had a frequent water sound which we assumed was the use of the toilets or showers upstairs running thru the pipes. But you could hear it as if it was draining right into our shower. Not a deal breaker as this doesn't seem to be an issue while trying to sleep, but was something to note. Overall a great little place that we would rent again!
