Our room is good, very content with the staff, had an issue with a neighbor making a lot of noise when we first arrived, and they immediately moved us to another floor and I appreciate them, thank you so much.

The main reason we chose this hotel is because they have a vintage "roman" tub w/pillars in all in the Roman Suite. We also chose it because it was close to the airport. It was our honeymoon trip so we had to get a little charm of the old "honeymoon capital" feeling. The room has been upgraded in some ways, but thankfully, the tub and other aspects of the hotel have not and we love that. After walking all day in the cold, it was nice to come back to a tub. Everyone was nice and do not have complaints about our room <3 I know that may not be the same experience for everyone. We stayed two nights and had no issues.

In the middle of the night we were awoken because water was loudly filling the tub which seemed to be coming from the tub in the room above us - so basically, that rooms used bathwater was somehow draining into our tub. We reported this to the front desk and they claimed they had never heard of this happening before. I read some older reviews of the hotel and found at least one mentioning the exact same problem, so sounds like they haven't been doing anything to fix it

Hotel is very outdated and has a strong smell of humidity. The smell of humidity in the room from the old carpet was very strong. Many items such as bedsheets, curtains, toilet, etc.. were stained. Toilet made extremely loud noise for 3 minutes after it was flushed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Decent location, right next to a Walmart and a Zurich bus stop. Breakfast was poor. No hot dishes, no eggs, just bread and orange juice. The oatmeal was not edible.
