The staff was beyond incredible! They went above and beyond to help us with our toddler by bringing a bigger mattress to go on the floor. The cleaning staff was very kind and would ask us if we needed anything additional. The breakfast had a lovely variety of options that our entire family enjoyed. The pool was a big hit with our toddler. One thing to note is that the pool was cold and not heated. There was a hot tub for adults. And there was a water slide for bigger kids. The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the suite room was excellent. Would highly recommend!

If a water slide is advertised then it should be open. One person working front desk at check in & 3 people working in morning for check out seems like reversal of what it should be. Hotel staff were very polite.
