Room was very clean and staff is friendly. Loved the layout of the suite. Bed was comfortable. My only critique would be the area underneath the soaps could be cleaned better (looks like the soaps are locked in place, probably why). Other than that, it’s probably been the best stay we’ve had on this trip. (Traveling across country). Area feels very safe and parking was not an issue. Feels more expensive than it is.

The room was a bit dingy, and the toilet had not been cleaned. The towels were also rather dingy and threadbare. There has to be a better way for Hotels.com to rate these hotels. I stick to 8+ ratings and am almost always disappointed.

only had one hickup. Asked to have my room changed after check in. A beeping noise every 60 seconds in my first room. Asked to change rooms since they could not locate where the noise was coming from. Unfortunatly their was not a room with accesibilty (handicap) issues was available but the room was still nice
