You have to check in on the money to yourself. You can’t have the agents help to do it, which is unusual for me. Everything else was great. The staff and everything but the rooms are much smaller than what I’m used to for the amount of money I paid for.

Good location but everytime i stay here this hotel lets me down. I booked an executive room and it smelled like urine/piss. When asking about it i was forced to go to the room and smell it with the staff. Everytime i go there are more indian workers and less japanese. The indians are rude and annoying.

Front desk staff misinformed me about the currency exchange machine on th premises, she has shown me exactly how much money I would get if I were to convert US dollars to Japanese yen, I have done that and exchanged $200 and I have lost over $30 in commission fees automatically taken out, when I confronted the person at the front desk only a few minutes later, she seemed not to Indians what I was talking about, she had even shown me the exact yen amount I would bee getting on her calculator therefore there was no miscommunication on my behalf but only deceitful practice on their part

The hotel & room cleanliness was immaculate. The staff were so friendly & accommodating. The only issue I had with it was there was literally no room to store clothes so I don't think it is good for long holidays. The area is fine & not too long a walk to the train stations or restaurants.
