The staff could not answer several questions: public transport to the airport (you have to pay for the shuttle). The pool was by reservation only and around 40$ per day. There was no availability. You had to pay for the fitness too. All in all, I had expected to have free facilities considering the price I already paid for the room.

Incredible hotel : great location, great amenities

Outstanding hotel !!! Couldn’t have been happier to stay at this hotel …from the location being so close to Haneda airport , we were traveling with 2 small children from NY so after a long flight it was great to be just 12 mins from the airport with the limousine bus stopping right at the front entrance. The staff was efficient and attentive the min we arrived, we had a room on the 24th floor and they took care of all our luggage. The hotel main areas are gorgeous and very elegant and modern , there are 3 restaurants and we enjoyed breakfast with lots of variety. The hotel is literally next door to a really nice Shopping mall which my wife and the kids enjoyed, the daiba train station is right downstairs in front of the hotel and there’s a 24hr family mart outside the doors of the hotel. They thought of everything! If you’re planning to stay somewhere with your family , this hotel is definitely the one to book with incredible views of Tokyo , Tokyo tower , the Tokyo bay. We absolutely loved it !!!

Such a fantastic hotel. The room size for 4 people was brilliant and what a view. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here. So conveniently located close to two shopping malls and train station right outside the hotel. Also a Lawsons attached to the hotel which is great for a cheap lunch or dinner on the go. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Superb Location, right near a fabulous waterfront park and the Aqua Mall with a lot of restaurant options. The hotel didn't have any vegetarian options in their onsite restaurants and hence had to go out looking for meals. Otherwise, the stay was fabulous. Not having vegetarian options was definitely upsetting, but we managed.

The property is close to malls and the train station. The bus stops right outside the hotel lobby. Staff was pleasant but the language barrier was real!

Beautiful lobby. Roos are spacious and clean. The bathroom sinks are a little dated, paint chipped off but other than that I would highly recommend hotel!

Perfect location close to the Daiba train station that will connect you easily to other important places to visit in Tokyo.

We were a family group staying in 3 rooms. I was disappointed in the small, crowded size of the rooms. No drawers for unpacking.

It would be better if you can offer an airport shuttle service to and from the hotel. The airport limousine bus does not travel to your hotel from the airport after a certain time which does not help for people with later flights at night. Also, giving directions on how to go to your hotel on the trains may be helpful as well.
