Hotel staff were very respectful and efficient in their jobs. The room was well organized and cleaned very well. The hotel was well prepared to deal with hundreds of visitors, especially large tour groups. They seemed to have more than a sufficient number of staff to cater to the needs of all. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. English language speaking staff were very proficient.

One of my best stays in Japan! Safe, conveniently located and well worth the money. Saving on travel and accommodations like complimentary bottles of water, free full breakfast 😋. Yes it is pricey but you save in a lot of other areas especially time and stress from coordinating travel. Stayed for Ultra 2025 and will always come back!

Opulent but missing a personal touch.

A grand and extravagant resort hotel. The customer care was alright there was great moments but the helpfulness of the staff was far away at times. The amenities were incomplete. The hotel is isolated from the main attractions of Tokyo.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with all the amenities of a luxury property. Our very spacious room on the 22nd floor had a wonderful view of Rainbow bridge. My husband and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great views and excellent service

My local colleagues booked the room for me. No complaints about the hotel, but I wouldn't stay in Daiba again. It's a very weird spot with just a couple of big hotels, the cruise ship terminal, and some malls. Had a couple of meetings reasonably nearby but mostly it was just an extra train ride to Shimbashi on each end of the day. That said, clean rooms, good breakfast, comfortable beds, and a nice harbor view!

I like this hotel that we stayed September 2025 for four days for those who like to access Tokyo inner city station is close but you need to change . With taxi you need to consider 4000-7000¥ depends where you go Facility has 4 different Buffett restaurant also electricity converter for tourists Staff are nice and welcoming Parking if you become member is free
