Room small but clean, the staff were very accommodating and very kind, checking in was a breeze and checking out was also easy. Shower was quite small but it had good pressure and temperature, all in all a very good experience

The hotel was in a residential area. The price was good for what you received. Convenient to the bus, convenience store, and a burger bar. The hotel has no elevator, shower side was about 18 inches tall and a bit awkward to get with the bathroom being so small. There is no breakfast included.

I specifically requested a smoking room (hard to find), the property was very clean and quiet, the staff are English speaking and very helpful. Vending machine and laundrette on site, fresh towels, microwave, stove, shampoo, wash & free toothbrush provided. Highly recommended!

I would rate the stay a 5 out of 5, but the bathroom needs to be updated and the walls are extremely thin. Other than that, the room was spacious considering Tokyo rooms are usually small. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great walking distance to Shibuya and other entertainment. Good food choices within walking distance as well.

This place was the most convenient for us. All of the areas we wanted to visit were close and so was the train station. Lots of cute dining areas to check out and the locals are very friendly! Only negatives were the bathrooms (they were tiny, but useable) and we didn’t get more than 2 rolls of paper for a 6 day stay. We had to get our own toilet paper. Overall, it was a good experience and we would definitely use them again when we come back to Japan.
