Pool area in disrepair-Broken tile patches, steam room not functioning well and horrible odour. Pool and hot tub filthy. Room heater not working properly, light in bathroom not functional. Staff allowed their friends in the pool. 11 grown men screaming, jumping, splashing with no regard for the children in the pool that were no longer able to safely play in the pool nor the paying guests. Staff nowhere to be found, usually in the back room on their phones. Snow maintenance done once, clerks not maintaining the entrance to the point the entrance doors will not close.

Room was spotless but not the room i expected as I booked a suite the one given to me had everything in one room with a small divider dividing the couch from the bed, the small sink was in the same area as the bed, basically in front of the bed along the wall, with a computer chair so I found it small for us, it actually looked like a standard Queen room but they added a small sink, and a fiber glass divideder and put it in between the small couch and bed. I will make sure to pay attention to the room I selected. Other then that everything was good.
