The first room was very dirty.and smelled. I asked for another room and they accommodated without question. The second room was much better but had a smell to it as well. Possibly carpets should be replaced with flooring that can be cleaned

The staff at the Travel Inn were friendly and courteous. The price for the room was reasonable. The rooms on the whole were clean, the beds were comfortable. The only draw back was that there was no hot water in the bathrooms either in the sink or the shower.

The room had a terrible smell and when we tried to open the door to air it out we found there was no screen on the door. The desk chair was pleather, but all the pleather had peeled off and when my husband sat on it, he fell over backward. I asked if we could have a different room, the manager tried to fix the problems and then decided to give us another room. It didn't smell as bad, but it was still pretty run down.
