"We had already been driving for 7 hours and were an hour away from destination when the hotel called to explain they had no room for us despite our calling the hotel that morning to confirm reservation. We refused to accept this news as we already knew there were no other rooms available in Cochrane. I had reserved a room with two beds and was giving a room with one bed - which was a big problem for us! Was on top floor and ceiling showed water damage when we arrived and LEAKED water for the duration of our stay. Very dissappointed as I chose this hotel because it was a newer build.
